If there is any issues with the ember guard or you have chosen the wrong size simply contact us to arrange the items return and we will provide a full refund once the item is returned.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 332 Nannup WA 6275, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
